Hi all.

I have 45 lbs I want to lose. I've red many people recommend to loose no more than 2 lbs per week, but I'm so impatient and I want to see results now. Do u think it's an impossible goal? Do you think this app can really help?

Why do you want to lose it fast? Steady weight loss is healthy; If you take it off too quickly it will come back, don't be hurried, change your lifestyle and take control of your calories.

This site gives you control of your burning process, you just need to modify or make more activities to reach your goal, I recommend vising the my services area, there you have a section for activities research, it takes your profile information such as age, sex, weight and height and it gives you detailed information on how many calories you can burn with the various activities, you should take advantage of it.

i think u can do that. just remember the three things u should focus on: diet, exercise and water. burn more calories than you eat and there is no other trick when it comes right down to it
